How to play spatial video on Apple Vision Pro
Move, open and review Apple spatial-video files in the environment they were made for.
Keep the spatial file intact
Transfer the original spatial-video file through a method that preserves the file rather than flattening it for compatibility. AirDrop, iCloud Drive and the Photos or Files apps are common Apple workflows.
Open it in a spatial-capable viewer
On Apple Vision Pro, use Photos or a compatible file viewer. Apple groups captured spatial photos and videos in the Spatial collection, while files can also be previewed from Files when the format is supported.
Judge comfort, not only depth
When reviewing converted footage, look for comfortable depth, stable edges and natural motion. More depth is not always better. Keep the source and output files separate so the original is never replaced.
